Room was pre booked and paid before reaching the hotel. Upon arrival was told check in time is only 12 noon till 2pm. I arrived at 4ish. I showed him the timing on expedia which clearly said 2pm - 12 am at night. Another guest was in the room whose flight got delayed so we had to wait an hour to get into the room. Ontop of all this i was told even though i have paid, the money is stuck with another intermediary and i have to double pay and then get my money back. These guys are unprofessional, rude and theives! They need to be removed from any online system! They didn't let me leave till i paid them directly
