Easy check in. Ample space in the room. Very comfy parents, even my parents expressed so. The breakfast was my favorite. Very neat and organized with lots of options in each station. They could not get the key to work on our unit so we could only have one (master?) key for 3 people. Pool bathroom toilet not flushing. Although they provided filtered water station I believe the filters needed changing as the water tasted very chlorinated. The staff was the friendliest and tried to help us as much as possible but the key was a maintenance issue that they could not fix.
