Ascend the beautifully crafted center staircase to discover a loft area with a cozy reading nook by a huge bookcase. Outside, the wrap-around porch offers serene views of the meticulously landscaped lawn and backyard — great spots for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails.

With its tastefully decorated brick and wood interior, the spacious living area is adorned with plush leather couches (one doubles as a pull-out bed) a fireplace, and a 75” HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and Roku (you must use your own accounts to login).

The chef's kitchen, adorned with granite countertops and stainless appliances, fully-equipped with everything you need to whip up a quick snack or prepare a lavish meal, invites natural light to dance through its spacious interior.

The 6-seater dining table, surrounded by big windows, offers a picturesque setting where you can enjoy your meals while admiring the beautiful outdoor views. It's the perfect spot to gather with friends and family, creating cherished moments and indulging in delicious food. Whether it's a cozy breakfast or a lively dinner, this inviting space will make every dining experience a memorable one.

The ground level master bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed, the second and third bedrooms upstairs have one and two queen beds respectively, and all rooms have their own well-appointed newly-renovated bathrooms stocked with essentials.

In the backyard, you'll find outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, creating an idyllic space for al fresco dining and relaxation. Enjoy a sizzling barbecue feast with your loved ones, savoring the flavors of outdoor cooking amidst the serene ambiance.

In addition, there’s free parking on premises, as well as wifi and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door. What’s more, you can even bring your furry friends along!

*** Please maintain your pets in cages while you are away, do not allow them on any furniture including beds, and please pick up after them. If extra cleaning/damage is done because of the pets we will have to charge you for it. This is why our pet fee is only $50 per night for up to two pets only. If you have questions please ask! ***

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, our home is just a short drive from all the best that Lake Charles has to offer, including great restaurants, shops, and attractions.

For larger gatherings a maximum of 10 people is allowed on the property at one time. We do not allow parties of any kind. NO street parking allowed but the driveway is large enough for plenty of cars. This is a family neighborhood so be mindful of that at night and with larger groups.

The city of Lake Charles, Louisiana offers a unique mix of culture, history, and entertainment. One of its main attractions is the Mardi Gras Museum, where you can explore the fascinating history of the iconic festival through a stunning collection of colorful costumes.

For art enthusiasts, the 1911 Historic City Hall Arts & Cultural Center is a must-see destination. This center features both traveling exhibitions and local art, showcasing the vibrant artistic scene of the region.

Nature lovers will appreciate the nearby Sallier Oak tree, a centuries-old giant that stands on the grounds of the Imperial Calcasieu Museum. This museum is also a visual arts center, featuring works by local and regional artists.
