I think an out door space in the back will be nice, especially if you have mood lighting and fire pit for night sitting. I loved the front porch space with the view of the big tree early morning coffee- excellent coffee too. I brought my own hair dryer and I did need an iron and ironing board but chose to wear something else. Otherwise you offered great options in the kitchen and plenty of linens which were awesome. The drain for the sink in the main bathroom was slow off and on. It would clear itself if the toilet was flushed. We did not turn on the TV at all. I’m glad because we needed to do other things instead of that. Would love to come again.

Super cute house. We were only there over the weekend to visit our son, but everything was very comfortable. Communication was perfect and checking in/out were a breeze. It was too hot to hang out outside, but there is a nice big yard.

Our stay was amazing and beyond our expectations. It was very cozy, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. The location was perfect and the communication with the host was top notch.
