Some of the best staff and Customer Service I’ve ever experienced while traveling. First off, I had requested a bathtub, and when we checked in, we did not have one, and they immediately made sure that we were in a room that accommodated those needs for our small child. Epic pizza at the pool. Great wait staff in every bar and restaurant. The breakfast every morning was spectacular! The pools are so relaxing. Location can’t be beat. Walk ability to the lake is excellent. The perfect spot to vacation with children. I can see why people come back here every year. We met many people who have been vacationing here since they were children. And come back every year. Just wish it was closer to us, being from the US. If you’re even on the fence, just book it! You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be back at some point. Thank you, thank you thank you.
