The lobby and breakfast was wonderful. The pool is really run down and they need to improve their room cleaning dramatically. Its affordable.

for a lower cost motel, you definitely get your money's worth. place was clean, staff friendly, and the pool was pretty good. i would stay there again.

Nasty roach coach

Nasty smelt like smoke and nasty sweaty balls. Some rooms are redone. But they spent all the money on the front lobby.

Area was great, service great. Pool was really bad in terrible condition, my foot was jacked up from the condition of the bottom of the pool.

Great staff. Good value. Needs a little TLC.

The staff was very helpful and I would rate them excellent. Our room was a bit tired. The carpeting and the AC needed replacing. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again as the location is excellent, and the pricing is reasonable.

The staff are always great. We stay here very often and they are helpful and friendly and we appreciate that. The bed is comfy and we like the room. I do wish they would get new towels and give you more than 2.

Not worth the money

Our room was not very clean upon check in. There were dirty towels on the floor. The beds were made and one bed had stained sheets. I went to the front desk and they gave me 2 clean towels told me the laundry is busy. This property was run down and the pool had rust along the edges. Not worth the price.

Decent place for the price

The hotel was a great value, given it was only a couple days before a big event and we paid just over $100 for the night. The room was large and the bed was adequate - maybe on the firmer side of things. The only real gripe would be the AC unit - it didnt really keep a consistent temperature, so some sleep was lost due to maintaining cImfort through the night. Overall, its an older place, but not the worst place we've spent in Havasu - at least it was clean - but we've also stayed in nicer places.

Room floor hasn't been cleaned for days. Some towels were dirty. The entire floor around the rooms is super dirty. They remodel, but the only thing really was the new floor, but they don't clean
