We stay at the high peaks 1-2 times a year and it’s always great but this time we had a bad experience, there must have been a few hockey teams of kids staying there because all day and night all you could hear was yelling and running up and down all the ways. Not relaxing in anyway

Beautiful place. Great location. Wonderful staff. King Waterfront Poolside room was clean, comfortable and decorated nicely however the lack of a microwave was disappointing and the Latazza coffee maker was horrible. It was so noisy and the coffee was awful. It would have been nice to have a decent cup of morning coffee in our room rather than having to walk outside and across the street to the main lobby. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at this resort numerous times and its my favourite in beautiful Lake Placid! The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The staff is always polite, helpful and professional. The hotel is perfectly located right on the main street. The lobby with the fireplace and the bubbles just complete my stay and make a great souvenir...
