Second time staying here, we stayed in a different tower this year. Previous year we stayed in cascade and this year we stayed in neagle tower. Room was great, some minor maintenance issues such as one of the burners on the electrical stove not working. Broken tile in one of the bathrooms, heater didn’t work great throughout the rooms. We stayed in a two bedroom villa, kids room was always cold even when thermostat was set to 80. The refrigerator was also leaking water at one point, not sure if a something was missing to catch it but had to put a pitcher under the water run off so the food wouldn’t get wet. Aside from those few small things the staff was helpful and positive, loved that they gave games and puzzles to rent. Game room was a great place to hang out for a few hours to entertain the kids, the coloring activity would have been fun if more kids signed up. Best part about staying here is the full kitchen, I like being able to cook a few meals in the room to cut down the cost of eating out. Kids loved the playground as well, next year we will make sure to pack our swim suits and use the jacuzzi and indoor pool!
