The rooms were nice. The hot tub and sauna were not working. When checking in one of the staff members, Lucy, had initially only checked me and family in for 1 of our rooms; and when we came back to ask why we were not checked in to both rooms, she quickly blamed me for not telling her and argued about not seeing my second room on her paperwork. From what I know about customer service, you do not argue w/ the customer. Nice rooms, a 15 min drive from all the restaurants and shopping. Plan accordingly.

Everything was great except check-in i’ve been here multiple times and i always have to go around the corner to get my room keyes and they try to get you to go to a seminar for time shares and when i asked if i can just get my Keyes i was told no you get them around the corner but yet others checking in got there Keyes right away without having to go speak to the people trying to convince you to go to the seminars check in should be a lot quicker

The room was amazing once we got in one that didn’t have a parking lot view. The fireplace did not work. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Nice washer and drier. Both bedrooms had bathrooms and an entry to the huge balcony. Bedrooms were nicely separated. It’s nice to be in Tahoe without all the tourists. The rooms and balcony were very private.
