The hotel is nasty, and on top of it, poor customer service and dirty bathrooms. The manager was rude. I will never stay in this hotel again. They need a new manager, someone who is more sympathetic and humane.

We had a great stay! The room was clean and warm. The staff was great, and they answered our questions well; they were also kind people in general. We arrived late due to the snow and had called ahead to prepare ourselves. Seems they already have a system for people who are coming late, just make sure you call them ahead of time! Great place, will definitely book with them again when we come back.

The view and location of hotel was great. The room is outdated and floor creaked throughout the entire room and walls are thin enough to hear the tv next door.

Cozy cabin feel. The view from the balcony was magical. Front staff very friendly. Spacious for 4 of us, plenty of towels. Clean loft condo. We did have to wait quite a bit for a room to be ready.
