My stay was on opening weekend 5/15/26. With that said for being brand new of course it’s going to be clean and nice. Hopefully they maintain the property and keep it clean and being a great value option compared to most hotels. The location is good very quick and easy to get on/off highway and is within 5-10 minutes of many stores, gas stations, and food. I give it a 5 star overall, fair pricing, good accessibility, and clean.

Nice because it was new but there was a problem with the hot water and staff aren't familiar yet with the payment system. Also they put two towels for two guests. Need more towels in the bathrooms And hopefully put some snacks too and a vending machine.

Hotel appears relatively new. I could smell the newness in the stairwell. Yet some weather stripping was falling off. And while the tv came in, and the direct tv schedule was there, there was no TV content.

Got to stay at this property the first weekend it was open. Friendly staff and nice clean rooms. Kitchenette was nice as well. Only negative is the amenities in that they don’t provide what you would see in other hotels with the same set-up; pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates and drink ware, forks and spoons. They also did not provide tissues in the room nor did they have any on-site. I will stay at this property again as I have already booked another stay in July.

Convenient location to everywhere! Stayed for a soccer tournament and the proximity to Lancaster, Lititz, and Manheim was great. New hotel so very clean. However our refrigerator did not work in room 307. Notified staff, but no one was there to fix it. Also walls are thin and you can hear everything. My son even heard a woman scream every 4 seconds when he was walking in the hallway.. all and all a nice place.

I booked this for a friend and her 3 kids. The rooms were clean as they should because apparently this hotel only opened the day before they checked in. So new that they couldn't find this on gps. Front desk was not answering my calls, turns out they had trainees in there. No amenities yet. Room was spacious. Price was great but im assuming it would only go up as they polish their operations.

Hotel is new and very clean. Stayed for one night while in town for soccer tournament so it was good for what we needed. Location good for sports and close to shopping and restaurants. A little loud due to being near a highway but we still slept good. No hairdryer in the room. Did not see any staff other than the person who checked us in and left shortly thereafter. Desk was closed at night and Sunday morning when we checked out. Vending machine and coffee machine in the lobby. If you are looking for a no frills hotel, I would recommend, especially if you need a long term stay or are traveling with kids because it has a full size refrigerator, microwave and stove top.

Place was very clean, it is still brand new. Like others have stated…it is a very bare bones hotel. 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo given…no body wash, no iron, no hair dryer,no dishes, no silverware….basically a foam mattress bed and tv. Linens are also an extra charge and not disclosed until arrival. No breakfast, no pool, no common area to hang out in and watch tv or read. Front desk was unavailable often. Pet friendly rooms are placed all the way on the top floor. Difficult to find location…there was a very nice location with tons of hotels less than a mile away, I wish I had chosen that area.

We stayed the first night opening and it showed. The staff was nice, but they did not have access to housekeeping areas, so our room had NO cooking utensils, hair dryer, or enough pillows for our bed, and there was no way for them to provide them because they had no key. And…the elevator was out of order…thankful that we were on the first floor! If you need or want any amenities, check before you accept the room. I do expect that things will improve with time. Would we book here again…probably not!

Good: Very clean, as it is a new hotel. Water pressure was good. Bed was comfortable. Great rate! Needs improvement: As a new hotel, looks like they are in need of more supplies. No pots and pans or silverware or plates to use the kitchen. No tissues in the room. Minimal towels (two bath towels and two washcloths and a bathmat). No curtains (only blinds) so it was very bright in the early morning. It was also noisy as the doors slammed hard and you could hear people walking upstairs and in the hallways. We were also next to the stairwell which did not help with noise. Room floors were laminate and not carpeted.

A positive, the hotel is new and clean. However, the service wasn’t good at all. To start there was coffee but no cups. 1st night the room wasn’t cleaned and I had to request clean towels from the front desk. Please keep in mind there was no signage stating that rooms aren’t cleaned daily. Second day, room wasn’t cleaned and towels were needed. No one was available at the front desk. I called the number posted for after hours needs. I spoke with Carlos and he said that he would be there within 20 minutes. He never showed up..

The hotel room was very unique in that it supplied a refrigerator, and microwave and had ample space to put belongings. The property was well maintained and clean. I have two issues, which won't deter me from returning but is important; there wasn't an iron or ironing board which I think is fundamental and I couldn't wash soap off easily in the shower, lol.
