Really enjoyed my stay with my wife here! Clean, nice design, small but fun gym, and a hotel cafe with plenty of good options for food and coffee! Really friendly staff too! Shoutout to the cafe host who was very accommodating and fun to talk to! Didn't get a chance to try the pool! Maybe next time! God Bless you guys at this hotel! 😃

Pickup at airport was good, check in quick . Upon entering the room it was very warm busboy turned AC on high not much cool air coming out , after half hour still warm I checked the filter it was 3/4 clogged found a maintenance man who quickly cleaned it then it started to work better but still took 2 hours before it started to feel alittle cool!! After diner I checked about a ride back to airport at 7am and was informed shuttle only goes at 6,8,10 am etc so I was forced to take a cab which took 20 mins in front of hotel to get !! I guess I just assumed it would be hourly since we were only 15 min max away from airport !! Room was small but clean

Staff was amazing. Very attentive to any request and very informative to all my inquiries. If they didn't know they asked until the question was answered. The room and facilities were spotless and well maintained. The only problem was the room location. The first room had chickens and roosters calling out all night. The second room was facing the busy noisy street so 4-6 lanes of busy traffic from 6:30 am till 10 pm.

Cons: Located on a very loud and busy road and noise levels are very high during both day and night, even on our 3rd floor room. The AC was below average and the shower had low water pressure and the warmest water temperature wasn't even warm enough. The bathroom was outdated and the sink water won't drain. Pros: Super comfortable bed, friendly staff/good customer service, airport shuttle and breakfast were included in the fare making the stay excellent value for money. Neutral: Distance to the airport is very small "on paper" but traffic can make travelling there take much longer. Overall: Can't complain since the value for money was great but will not stay there again due to all the cons, especially the very high noise levels.

My room was right on the main road, and it was excessively noisy in my room all night. I’m glad it was just me because of my girlfriend joined me. She would’ve not been very happy with the noise. The pool was about a block away part of the same complex but…. They need to get new windows with more noise proof for that side of the building.

Well it didn’t help that we got moved from our room as soon as we got settled. The bed was so hard my back still hurts, you are better off on the floor. First night they had a function so I listened to a subwoofer until past midnight. Food sucked, breakfast was terrible and 100% tailored to Koreans. Would not stay here again and wished I had chosen differently. The hotel visually is quite nice but run down.

Loved this place. The staff are very accommodating. They have really good food and room service. An amazing breakfast.. not like your typical American breakfast at a hotel I’m talking like a full buffet with local foods. Everything you could ever want is within walking distance. Outlet malls grocery stores 711 tons of street food.
