Great Food - Service Needs Help

The cafe has good food but the service is awful. It seems everyone working there needs some serious training. It takes forever to order something - the cashier always seems confused. I found the prices to be pretty high ($5.35 for a single slice of pre-packaged Lemon cake), My friend waited over 30 minutes for his food and other people who came after us were getting their food. Can't prove it but we think they forgot about him. I was disappointed the buffet wasn't open on week-days. Ruthie's was excellent but it cost me almost $100 just for a meal for me.

We booked this room strictly for swimming. While swimming my son’s eyes began to burn so bad they were blurry. We tried the shower, fresh water and eye drops. Half of our stay was ruined due to this. Such a bummer.

We have stayed here several times over the past 10 years. It amazes me that the facility is kept up and so clean like the day it opened. From the hotel room, to the restrooms, to the casino, everything is kept up to the T. Very impressive, the big hotels have alot to learn on how property is managed and kept spotless!

Its a casino so its tgatvkind of atmosphere. There is smoking allowed but ventilation was oretty good. We came for a music event and not to gamble. Our room was very nice, we had a beautiful view of the golf course. I would say youvare orobably treated and greeted better if you are a member of their Club.
