Always love the staff and people inside the casino. Didn't like how uncomfortable the beds were this time and people running around outside passed my door at 2am to 4am each day making a lot of noise waking me up.

Rooms already good. TV always too dark and hard to watch it from a distance. People running outside passed my door all hours of the night and girl screaming at the top of her lungs, Give me my phone and woke me up out of a dead sleep around 3am. People leaving trash outside their doors and put trash in front of my door too and too lazy to walk down one floor to put in the trash.

The night check in we did was good the front desk lady super amazing! Our first room was super stinky of smoke so she gladly moved us rooms and it was much better. Basic room, tv was loud every time we turned it on, and shower was a little scary lava water was coming out and wouldn’t go to cold but otherwise pleasant stay.

The rooms were old. The room dark no light. No blankets. Hair all over the tub and floor. I didn’t stay the night. As soon as I checked in I went to my room and didn’t like it so turned right around and checked out. I wasn’t refund for the first night. Just the 2nd night.

Never again.

The staff at check in were nice/friendly. Room was very tight & uncomfortable. The dresser in front of bed was damn near touching the bed. The space in the bathroom was extremely tight as well. Electric outlets were all in weird areas of the room if needing to charge a phone etc. the mini fridge never got cold. Basically had to sleep / cover ourselves with a thin bedsheet because there were no covers provided. Bathroom didn’t look very clean at all. Carpet was ripping up. Found loose screws all over the floor upon arrival. Just terrible.
