Property provides you no blankets and only one pillow for a king bed, when contacting front desk for blankets I was instructed that they would send some up 3 hrs later nothing was done. Horrible service and over all

La habitación estaba sucia, fría, sin cobijas, camas muy separadas a lo que en la imagen presenta con camas juntas, lo tome por qué tengo dos niños pequeños, en la mañana salí a dar un tour a la ciudad y volví con el baño inundado por una fuga de agua desde el techo, se dio a conocer a las 3 pm, 6 pm sin respuesta decidí irme antes de mi fecha y hora de salida, no me dieron solución, no funciona el teléfono de la habitación, pésima experiencia

The place is not a 5 star hotel. Then again, if you expect it to be a 5 star hotel at the price you're paying, then you have issues. Overall, it's safe, clean, quiet, decent appearance all around, parking has never been an issue, the staff are actually friendly and helpful. It's off the strip for those who prefer it. You have gas stations, fast food, other casinos within miles.

The staff at the front desk at night is always so helpful and gets the room with the easiest access to parking, and finds ways to make my stay comfortable. Easy to check in, really nice, and I really appreciate the customer service provided.

Our room was somewhat clean and the King size suite was huge for 2ppl. We stayed for 1 night on our way from California to Utah just to stop by for rest since we were stuck in pretty bad traffic for the holidays. I loved how rooms were separated from the casino

Nice cheap room. Nothing crazy, got a good sleep and shower in. The smoke detector was annoying though. Beeped the whole night. You gotta fine tune the shower temp cause it’s either too cold or too hot haha

The room was awful and was a non smoking room that smelled strongly of pot had filth on the floor and electrical devices hanging from the walls. The carpets were filthy and ripped up. No hot water in the shower. Just a complete dive.
