Room was extremely basic, only 2 pillows/bed, poor choice of any xtra tv channels, charged for any room maintenance but the worst was to be charged for wifi for any device over 2 ! That’s BS…. Stayed in a lot of hotels and never was charged for wifi at all!!! Hotel looks very 80s and dated for sure….. surprised because it’s a Caesar’s property, expected better… also pool was just ok compared to other hotels there and closes next week! Cold water and food and beverage offerings very few due to closing.

At check-in if you even wish to call I that , the 1 employee I could get a minute of their time was condescending telling me to read the print out paper with an irritated tone when I asked directions to the elevators to the rooms , basically a tone as if to say look at the paper idiot I’m not here to assist you with that ,kiosk up charges you even if you try to check in 30 minutes before 4pm plus tax on the up charge , if you don’t choose to upgrade the room on the kiosk of course because no one will speak with you unless your a VIP with them it gave us a room overlooking the Uber pickup area like an alley way , they do have people there to assist those people in the VIP line only , let’s not even discuss the smell of urine and sewer back up by the elevators to the room , let’s not even discuss how dimly lit and creepy and unsafe the hallways felt , let’s not even discuss how filthy the floors in the room were , felt very unsanitary , we couldn’t wait to get out of there almost from the moment we arrived , the only positive I will give this property is the proximity to things to do on the strip , and once again I can understand cleanliness may not always be perfect but it’s how we felt so unsafe on that property
