After booking I noticed I noticed several negative reviews and thought I might have made a mistake. I found the staff service and room good, especially for the price. My room was their basic choice and not large but in other respects it matched most Best Westerns or Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at. The staff members I dealt with were professional. It is difficult to determine where to park, where to check in, and the rooms are not near the check-in desk, but this is typical of Vegas casino hotels.

We ordered towels and we told they would be delivered. We had 2 sets for 3 people. No towels came and my son used his shirt to dry himself. The shower head was disgustingly dirty.

Horrible the entire trip first night splinter in big toe next morning woke up the a big bite on knee and arm and the night security came to my room my pajamas was a short set to the knees no bite on my knees when security came to room when I move to room 723 upon check out the clerk did I had a smoking charge I told here how could that happen I don’t spoke the front desk manager very unprofessional I told her Indont spoke and I’m not paying for the smoking charge she told me you are paying for that charge I will never stay there again they’ll definitely see me on court that manager needs to be retrain not professional at all
