We try booking on their website but it wouldn’t let us. We tried calling and no one was available except for AI automated system. We went ahead and booked our room through Expedia where we were able to get the same low rate. They offered the mobile check in where we accepted so we didn’t have to stand in line for hours just to get help. When we went to check out, we noticed that we were charged extra for an upgrade that we didn’t agree on and charged twice for self parking for on both nights. We asked for help and explanation for the extra charges and Jack who is the front desk manager said, the only way to get the charges off was to dispute the charges with credit card company. I guess this is the route we’re taking. Note to self for 2026- never again stay at the Luxor.
