The room was great, and the front desk staff was extremely helpful. My issue was that the Luxor says it's dog-friendly, and they have a web page that says they have a dog area that has waste bag dispensers and is shaded. It is not shaded, and there are no waste bag dispensers. It is an AstroTurf area with a few benches. Bring your own bags and your own water.

Floor in the restroom of our room was not clean, the sink had a sewer odor after water would run, when we 1st checked into our room the trash can was literally full , but the lady that was there was helpful during checkout. Luxor is going down … terrible experience, dirty, unfriendly, ripping you off….with resort Tax and fees, $40 Valley parking, smells like old ashtray…. Very disappointing, never again !

I wish my hotel room was cleaner. Stains on the carpet. Dusty telephone and tables and stains on the ironing board. The price of food was also quite ridiculous but I get it. Vegas. Other than that, my stay was okay. When I come to Vegas again, I would opt for another hotel to stay in.

This property is very run down and in desperate need of renovation. I knew it wouldn’t be the nicest but even their TVs did t work: the garbage can in the bathroom was rusted. How hard is it to invest in new garbage cans? No refrigerators no safes in the rooms. Rooms are large but that’s the only positive.
