The staff were amazing but the hotel was terrible leaking water from the roof called maintenance 2 days I had to follow up charges to have a fridge would not recommend at all.

The rooms are a bit tired, but it was clean the bed was comfortable. The outlets didn’t work on one side of the room. The other side worked it was fine and workable. The price was right our Pkg deal with hotel and flight was great. The room was good for what we needed it for. I mean I was only there to sleep. The location is good with tram across the parking lot it makes it easy to get to Excalibur the to the NY NY.

Room was very dated and a bit unclean. No mini fridge, where it used to stand had a dirty cabinet. Peeling paint and wallpaper throughout the room and complex. Friends staff though.

My biggest complaint is they charged resort fees when we checked in. I think this should have been disclosed when I booked the room maybe built in to the cost of the room. When comparing room prices you are not comparing apples to apples if one room reflects all cost and one does not. I might have choose a different hotel.
