We have used this resort many times this was the first time we can say our experience was disappointing to the point we took a refund and left. Pool closed with no explanation or warning before check in. Followed up daily with same responses. Sad what was such a great go to for us has sadly devolved...

Property was nice from the outside .. but facilities were very outdated inside for being a Hilton , room service only consisted of only taking out the trash and providing towels, bed were never made , room not vacummed ,ect ect. During my stay I never saw any cleaning staff anywhere around the premises. On top of all this they were very insistent on selling their time share on a facility that’s definitely not worth going a second time nevertheless buy a timeshare.

It was ok!

Room was not very clean at all! Stains everywhere (walls, doors, table, bathrooms) Shower was not clean! The floors in bathrooms and kitchen were dirty not even swept nor mopped! Did not use sink but I was gross! Over all it made due, but needs to be cleaned! I am glad I brought some items to give it a wipe down and Lysol!!

Floors in room were dirty, furniture was dusty, showers were dusty. I called for housekeeping to request a cleaning and was told they would be up soon. After four nights, they never arrived. Door to room was flimsy and you could see gaps to the hallway. Long wait to check in, even though the lines weren't that long. People smoking pot in the parking lot. Overall, not a pleasant stay at all.
