Room was fine. Bathrooms were updated and modern. As for the lobby and hallways, they were dark and gloomy. I forgot my brand new $500 Amiri T shirt hanging in the closet at check out and one of their staff stole it as it was not there when i call the front desk to have security check for it.

Though the room was large it seemed rather tired. Worse yet were the extra charges. Apparently, if you so much as move an item in the mini bar , you will be charged for that item ! Also there is no price list for the items in the mini bar or anywhere else !! Furthermore, the bottled water on the counter and the coffee pucks are not part of your “ stay” but are also charged !!! Since when is coffee not part of the room ‘s package This is absurd and leaves a very bitter taste ! Shame on you.

staff was courteous. room was clean. was disappointed with food court in evening (supposed to be open 24 hours) and after 15 minute walk all that was open was a subway. most of all was bothered by a daily $50 resort fee. wasn't informed of that when i was making reservation. escalators were not working. lastly i was disgusted that 2 coffees and croissants cost almost $50. extortion. I'd have to think twice before visiting the hotel again.

Thieves broke into our Suite room while we were sleeping in the adjoining bedroom and stole our wallets. Since you must show your room key to security to get to the elevators and in the elevator, it all seems very suspicious. The security staff said there are no cameras in the hallways and have done nothing to investigate. The hotel has not called, compensated, or done anything.
