The Manor King and Manor Double Queen room types are located in 5 buildings a half-block away from the hotel lobby and casino. Bed type is based upon availability for these rooms and will be assigned at check-in.

There was nothing in the restrooms other than one hand soap. The shampoo conditioner container was completely empty. One of our 2 rooms only had 1 towel & was missing a pillow. The peephole glass on the door was completely gone. Our room was visible thru the hole! Spoke to a woman and the check-in area who's supposedly put in an order however no one ever came to fix it. I called Andrew (manager) who failed to send anyone to fix it.

It will be great if the hotel have more options of food inside. Also the pool area staff and the lobby has to be friendly, they were unhappy to work there. The bed, more pillows. The AC needs to be upgrated! The mini fridges if you are charging for it, at least has to be at 34, the fridges are not cooling enough to get a cold drink.
