Our stay at the Elera was perfect. Very safe and quiet place yet close enough to walk to any location we needed or wanted to go. Definitely will be coming back every time we stay in Vegas. Love that it is non smoking facility and more family oriented.

Great property! So many wonderful facilities. Easy to walk and enjoy the sights of the Strip. Great views of the city. Most of the staff helpful and friendly - only the check-in lady we dealt with seemed dismissive and disinterested.

Terrible Stay

I had a terrible stay, I was here for my wedding, which made it so much worse. The service was slow. I could never get a hold of the front desk. I got a room with a hot tub so I could decompress , it didn’t work. After the hot tub was fixed I couldn’t even use it because a bunch of gunk came out of the Jets.I had to call Maintenance to come up. My room safe was broken and they wouldn’t send somebody to help. And then two hours before checkout they began maintenance on air filters on my entire floor, causing a ton of noise.
