The check-in time is too late and checkout time too early. Overall, everything was good. The rooms are very spacious and it’s convenient that it included dishes and basic amenities.

We stay here every visit, it's quiet & convenient. Great staff and the rooms spacious and clean. Each room is like an apartment with separate bedroom & living space and a balcony, not like a usual claustrophobic hotel room. Wonderful.

We stayed for 2 nights. This is a simple hotel, but it is clean and staff is helpful and available. Compared to the opulence of the hotels on the Vegas strip, this is lackluster in comparison, but honestly, it is a nice affordable stay and gives you a break from all noise, lights, and fanfare that is walking distance. (15 min walk) The first visit with the pool, it is smaller space pool and someone was blaring personal music (staff stopped them)- after that person left- it was peaceful and relaxing and I'm glad I didn't go back to my suite. The pool was cold, even though we were told it was heated to 86, but honestly whatever- the things I cared most about were covered. Conveniency, Price, Clean, and Available staff.

When arriving at our room we were surprised to find that it was a 1 bedroom unit with kitchen, lounge and king size bed. The only down side was the noisy AC which needs work. Although we did not use, the pool was heated and awesome. Wld definately stay there again shld we return.

Property is a little dated but very cleaned. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and having a full kitchenette is a big plus! Pretty close to the airport. Desert Rose offers free parking on premises.

A quiet oasis within walking distance to the MGM and the strip. We really appreciated the extra space of a condo, and the beautiful pool area. Walking to MGM was less yhan 10 minutes, where there were many dining options. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and small games area. The suite was well equipped for cooking, coffee, etc, but we generally had our coffee at poolside. Great king bed and powerful airconditioning.

A little oasis in Las Vegas! It made a weeks trip a lot better as we could cook food and not have to ear/drink out for every meal. The space was excellent and we never had any issues with parking etc. The pool was for guests only, so it was easy to get a lounger. They serve a limited menu if you do want to eat there. We did on a couple of occasions and it was nice food. It’s about a 5 min walk to MGM grand, so whilst not on the strip, it’s not far. From there you can either walk down the strip, or get the metro. The rooms aren’t cleaned daily, but you can request clean towels etc. We were fine with this. There’s no resort fee, which was nice as those can add up.

Nice quiet hotel about a 10 minute walk from the Strip. No casino, which is a plus. There is a nice heated pool. Quiet and peaceful, unlike the noisy hotels on the Strip. A huge plus is the free on-site parking.

Overall the resort is a great place to stay. It is within walking distance of many fun activities and restaurants, as well as the monorail. The rooms are clean and spacious, furniture is nice, and the beds are very comfortable. Things to improve: 1. Better water pressure in the showers 2. Clean and fill the Jacuzzi more often 3. When booking families with small children locate them on ground floor or try to sound proof floors better ...super noisy when they run around and guests are directly under that room. 4. Consider adding a breakfast buffet or some other food options. 5. Have a stack of towels available in the gym to wipe down equipment. 6. Add a sign in the entrance so visitors go to the correct area to check in.

Hotel is good. The girl at the front desk kept yelling at me that it was 2 separate reservations instead of 1. I asked if it was 2 rooms (which is what I needed) and she just yelled that it was 2 separate reservations. I said ok, is it one room each and she just yelled, 'it's 2 separate reservations' again. Finally her coworker said 'its 2 rooms' and we just needed my dad to check in under the 2nd reservation.

We’ve stayed here a couple times now and this last stay was disappointing because one of the beds was broken, we found dog kibble on the floor, and the restrooms were not cleaned very well. I like that it has the kitchen and patio but we were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room itself.

“Resort” is an exaggeration

Service- great guest service but they weren’t able to actually do anything about the concerns we have. Basic accommodations. Absolutely nothing special or noteworthy. It is not a resort. There is no maid service without additional fees. AC blows directly into the living area, keeps the bedroom incredibly warm. When talking to the lovely guest service and engineers they agreed it has always been a problem and it’s just how the place was built. There is a vent in the bedroom ceiling just nothing comes out of it. The do offer tiny fans…..

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The only downfall is there is no housekeeping unless you’re willing to pay an arm and a leg for them to come in and clean only once. No big deal though as we were only there for 5 days. The property itself was beautiful and clean and comfortable even with a baby.
