I originally gave a fair rating for Room Amenities due to having a coffee maker but no coffee. I asked and was told my room, that I had upgraded to a small suite, did not qualify for 'free' coffee. The hotel called my room to ask about my Expedia review at 11pm waking me. To me, this was too late in the night to address my concerns, and a call could have been made the next morning at a reasonable time.

Cleaning staff was great, front desk staff wonderful. Room was comfortable. Like anywhere in Vegas though at night felt unsafe and the smell of marijuana hit you as soon as you left the hotel

Would NOT stay here again. We reserved a Mountain Tower Suite but ended up in a Valley Tower suite. Only a few outlets in the suite worked, even AFTER maintenance came. This made it challenging to charge our devices and we Couldn’t even use the CPAP because there was no working outlet near the bed. They would NOT let us switch rooms so we were stuck with 3 working outlets. 2 in the bathroom an 1 in the living room. Our in-room fridge was not working when we arrived so they wheeled in a unit that seriously looked like it had been hit with bullets. It took up a lot of space and took up the only working outlet in the living room. So we had to unplug it because we wouldn’t have been able to charge our phones and watches. The water pressure was horrendously low making it nearly impossible to wash out shampoo and conditioner. This trip was booked to celebrate a milestone birthday for my husband. I wish I would have booked a different casino/ resort. The food was mediocre and the cocktails were inconsistent. You may too much money for a cocktail that taste like garbage. The only Positive thing I can Say is that our room was very quiet. We didn’t hear other guests. NOTHING else was enjoyable. They even tried to kick us out 2 hours before checkout. We were both underwhelmed at the service and the room quality. Definitely not the way we wish this birthday trip would have been “memorable”

Nice for the price and great location. But staff is very hands off. If you want to go somewhere take care of yourself and not be bothered, this is a great choice. But if you want attentiveness (turn down service, amenities, room services, things like that) go somewhere else.
