Toilet made a weird nose both nights we were there around 4-5 in the morning for about 15 mins. Check in took long and I was double charged

The room was immaculate. The bathroom could use additional towel hooks. Checking in was a little wierd,we are from out of state & arrived an hour early. We had to wait inline at least 30 mins for 330pm ckin time to arrive & so did other customers. Option was to pay extra for early check-in.
