Nice stay. Wear ear plugs.

We loved our stay at Ellis Island. We only had one complaint and that is that the AC powered off and on all night long and sounded like a plane was taking off in our room. It kept waking us both up. The room was very nice and clean. Best water pressure in a hotel I’ve experienced in a long time. Hopefully they can fix the AC units.

We picked a deluxe with a king, and the room was just too small. There is only a very small piece of furniture used as a closet. The bath room is too small, and the sink is outside the bathroom, with no space to put anything. They couldn't clean the room if you requested it late, The iron stopped working and didn't replace it when requested. There were no plastic bags, and we always had to ask for water since they would forget to leave some.

Daily room cleaning and refreshing of towels, coffee and bottled water did not happen, pillow were horrible. I did request new pillows from the front desk and those were just tossed into the room. Food is amazing, beer is amazing, hotel is less then desired.

Property employees hesitated helping me out as guest when I needed an early check in. Nothing could be done for me. The area the hotel is in is not SAFE! Do not stay here the 7 eleven next door has people chilling outside at all hours of the day getting into peoples cars asking for money etc. Do yourself a favor and stay on the Vegas strip.
