I was pleasantly surprised. This place was half of what it cost to stay on the strip, so I was a little nervous. But it was super close to the sphere, and that was the purpose of being in Vegas. I was pleasantly surprised with the condition the cleanliness and the comfort of the beds. If you are on budget, I definitely recommend this place.

When I checked in, I specifically requested to stay on a quiet floor, away from any noise. The staff member suggested the third floor. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst choice — all the construction and maintenance work was happening right next to my room, causing constant disturbance during my stay. く I would also . , to leave a note for the front desk staff: Smiles are free, and treating guests with kindness doesn't cost anything. You are the face of the hotel, and your attitude reflects the level of service. Please remember that guests chose this place to stay, and a warm welcome is just as important as clean rooms and good amenities.

It was clean. Was woke up by people fighting at 2am and the police was great up to that point end up leaving and going home. Staff did not seem surprised or even cared when we checked out and mentioned why we were leaving.

They checked us into a dirty room. Then housekeepers wouldnt move there carts when we had a luggage cart. We had to move the cart ourselves to get around them. The front desk acted like they were inconvenienced when we went and told them the room they checked us into was dirty. There needs to be more communication between housekeeping and front desk. Do better people.

I always visit Ellis Isle when in Vegas- usually for the great food + gaming + beer ! This year i decided to stay there, room was fine, however they were doing a big remodel. Even so, the employees were very helpful - will stay there again to see how nice the new construction turns out.
