When checking in we were not told that the room was a smoking room, no available rooms supposedly but its all bs if you book directly with the hotel they’ll give you the good rooms and if you use expedia theyll just give you a smoking room. Room was horrendous if you can only imagine. Just avoid all in general

It was a nice quiet vacation. We weren’t on the Fremont side of the hotel, which is a whole lot better this time around because last time being on the Fremont side there was a lot of party and that we could hear from down the street but still a nice quiet vacation

My room wasnt cleaned the whole 4 days i was there but our adjoining room with the rest of our group was cleaned. I needed extra toliet paper i called house keeping it took the 2 hours to bring me some thank goodness for my daughter in law giving me a toll of theirs. Upon checking out the clerk was extremely rude it was 1:30 in the am so not like she was busy. I felt pressure when i checked in to either pay $35 early check in fee or i could tip to check in early i felt very pressured to give a tip i gave $20 because only one of my rooms were ready and the girl acted mad that i gave her a $20 like she did me some kind of favor. It was not a absolute great experience but ive had worse. I asked for batteries for my tv remote and never got them had to go buy my own. They seemed very bothered by me making them do their job.

The room was comfortable and well kept and staff was pleasant. We had a major issue with noise from the music played on the street level below- every night. There were no rooms available away from the noise. It lasted until 2 AM and we are not night owls, so were sleep deprived.
