The hotel is ok, but they truly represent the owner, lying, gaslighting and just pretending you are the problem. Haven’t received the benefit I was promised, didn’t get housekeeping and was convinced I had the sign out even though I am 100% sure that’s not the case. One front desk told me one thing, the other one one another and it was all around confusing communication. Let’s put it this way - it was my mistake to even consider this place

The room was large and well appointed. There was a little kitchen area with a sink, microwave, electric 1 burner stove and refrigerator that was larger than normal for a hotel room We had a beautiful view of the Sphere to enjoy each night. The staff was very helpful and friendly and our room was cleaned every day without having to ask. There was only one restaurant with an additional pool bar with a limited menu. We would definitely love to stay there again.

Trump International

Where to start ? What an excellent experience this was. I'm glad I read the reviews first and choose Trump International. Super clean everywhere we were inside the hotel. Things that stood out to the group during our stay. Mainly how accommodating the staff was at every level. People would constantly ask if you need anything and if your enjoying your stay. The hotel is really quiet in the rooms . We couldn't hear any noise from the rooms next to ours. The restaurant in the lobby was where we started each morning. The price and food was the best value we found. The staff was always on point with everything. Very fresh chilled fruit in the morning and great meals. The biggest thing was the security of the building. Multiple times at the pool we left items and went swimming. You never even had a thought about an item missing. It may sound odd today, but leaving a wallet or cellphones laying was no big deal. Ive been many places and never had that experience of not worrying about items . Only quests have access to the pool, spa, workout room. The hotel is non smoking . The do have certain area for smokers out of the way . The hotel has three black Suburbans available most of the time for free. They just ask you tip the driver when dropped off. I would tell the Valet outside my group needs a ride. There was never more than a few minute wait for a vehicle to take us. They also took us to the airport. I wish we figured this out sooner. Its definitely a wonderful service include

Clean and Comfortable

The entire process was efficient and enjoyable. Our room was spotless. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Next time we stay in Vegas, we will stay at this property.
