This is a gem in the middle of strip. Especially if you are going with kids. Excellent location and easy to commute. The staff were very kind and professional.

Check in was horrible...arrived at 4p on Dec 4th after traveling most of the day..was told by front desk clerk Mercedes who was very rude .the room was not ready ..she pointed to signed atdesk ..saying can't you read .check in is anytime after 4p..i explained i suffered from chronic back pain..she told no time to offer any empathy..asked to speak to a manager ,was told no manager would be there until Saturday at 9a...we finally was able to check in at 550p..made a complaint with Nadia on Saturday Dec 6..however ..heard nothing back from the facility..they offered nothing to myself or my party as a resolution on the treatment we received on check in date

I was a little hesitant to book the Jockey Club Resort at first based on the photos since I had never stayed there before, but I’m so glad I did! You absolutely can’t beat the location — it’s right on the Strip and close to everything. Our two-bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, and we loved having a full refrigerator so we could stock a few things for the trip. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated, but honestly, it didn’t bother us since we weren’t in the room much anyway. Overall, we had a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

The good thing is that accommodation is close to bellagio and cosmopolitan. Another big plus is no resort and parking fee. And they allowed you to park until midnight on the day you check out.Thank you.

I booked several months ago and tried to cancel the same day once I found out our event tickets were not near the hotel as I had originally thought. After several attempts including with the hotel directly, (promising that someone will get back to me multiple times), I finally got someone who told me that the room was non-cancellable.
