Solo work trip

Staff were amazing, very polite and always smiling. Only issue i had was the bed was hard and the pillows were hard also, and no coffee pot in the room, im assuming thats normal for vegas so they get you out of the room to gamble. Other than that a geat experience for a solo traveler.

The Palazzo exceeded my expectation in terms of management level attitude and active listening. Its cleaniness, and other aspects are at par with other upscale hotels in the Strip. What sets the Palazzo apart is their ability to maintain its quietness for guests despite of its high occupancy and foot traffic. It’s quieter than Bellagio and just as upscale. It also offers a good view of the sphere. In-room dining is way better too. The drawback is the indoor walk way access is not always available between the resort and the Sphere as advertised. There are outdoor alternatives to get there which takes about the same time.
