We checked into our room and there was a stinky spill on the bathroom floor. The bathroom wreaked of beer. Someone had to come and clean it up for us and kept going back out of our room to get stronger chemicals to get the smell away. My only complaint was the room location. I paid for a view of the Sphere but you had to go to the far corner of the room (and not the comfortable couch) to see the Sphere.

We loved our stay at the Palazzo. The suites were top notch, and you can't beat Restaurant Row and St. Mark's Square
