Hotel overall was fine, staff nice. Issue was with the fact the pool was out of service for the duration of our stay and not advised prior to booking. Had we known we would have booked elsewhere. Only other issue was servicing of room was inconsistent, once it wasn’t serviced at all and another time we had to call to ask for it to be done.

Room was clean and nice but the hotel furnace was directly in front of our window. It sounded like a train 24 hrs a day. We upgraded and paid extra for that! The pool was closed even though they advertise open all year. There was a table outside the elevators selling timeshares and promotions and the people were nasty and stopped us everytime we walked by. It was annoying

I reserved one room with two queens and one room with a king. When I got there they had no rooms with two queens left and my boys got two doubles. My boys are tall, one is 6'7 and the other is 6'. My bathroom in the room with the king bed was disgusting. It smelled strongly like sewer (more like poop) coming from the sink drain, and anytime we ran the faucet the sink immediately filled up with water and took a long time to drain. The shower did the same, each time we showered the tub filled with water. I opened the drawer to the beside table to put my things in and down the side of it was what looked like old crusted vomit! Gross! I won't be staying there again.
