We had to check ourselves in with a kiosk. It had a lack of connection to anyone at the hotel. It’s like we were a number and not a guest. We literally were spoken to zero times by anyone working there. We will not stay there again, The rooms were run down and there was no customer service at all during our stay.

Public Bathrooms could use a little work and refrigerators for the Carson tower deluxe would’ve been nice in the 100 degree summer heat. Overall solid hotel and fun to be so close to Fredmont street

First visit Golden Nugget

I did not partake if food restaurants. The bed was quite comfortable. Shelf in shower was breaking off. Shower/tub plunger stuck. Told front desk twice. No repairs made. Pool was shut down two days after guest broke a glass in the pool.

It’s was a amazing stay the negative was we ended up having to switch rooms because ceiling was leaking they didn’t upgrade give us anything for the inconvenience and then someone brought glass into pool so they had to drain pool so was down last two days because of glass in it but I enjoyed our time there other then that

The hotel was very quiet, cute. One of my favorite hotels where I've always stay in old Vegas Fremont street. My daughter loved the fish tank. The only thing that you guys can change is to make the swimming time longer. I think 6 o'clock for the pools to close is a little crazy. They should at least stay open until about 9 years.

There was no problem with the cleanliness or the appearance of the property. Staff was as friendly as possible, and the food was good at the restaurants. My biggest complaint, as a disabled person, is that the wheelchair accessible elevator was out of order that week, and our room tower was on the far side of the casino. It was incredibly inconvenient and difficult to get to, considering the stairs in the lobby had no ramp to get to check in.

Parking in the garage is horrible! It should allow for guests to park on a particular space or floor vs having to drive in circles to avoid street parking. The self check in HELP is no help (didnt get her name) shes rude and dismissive, people are trying to navigate a process never used and acts as if questuons are BOTHERING her
