The front desk could have better customer service skills. The person that checked me in almost seemed delighted that my room wasn't ready yet (at 2:45PM) and told me to come back around 5P, and even then he couldn't guarantee it would be ready. All while I was there they had crew VERY noisily working outside on the parking lot, half of which was closed off - the half by my room. VERY inconvenient, and VERY disturbing to the quiet enjoyment of the room

We recently stayed for 3 nights at Tuscany Suites for the very first time, after staying at other locations in Vegas on previous visits. Tuscany Suites is a hidden gem, located just off the main strip but close to the Sphere and other key attractions. We were very pleased with the room cleanliness and amenities, the service staff, the restaurants, and the casino. We will definitely consider staying here on future visits. Great value at a fair price, thanks!
