The staff was absolutely lovely, and the room was clean. Unfortunately, so much construction going on at the flamingo pools, we were awakened every morning by construction workers and equipment. Also, they had to change the water out in the hot tub, leaving it, unusable for us for certain hours, and then it took quite some time for it to warm up again to be usable. All in all, our stay was fine though.

Highly recommend

Very clean, beautiful room. Kitchen was equipped well for cooking and the place had a washer and dryer, but we didn’t use them. Complimentary parking was nice and there was plenty of it, and the location was super convenient for doing anything on the strip.

5 Star Experience all around. My room was terrific. Clean, plenty of light, quiet, and conveniently located. Hotel gym was small but spotless, well maintained equipment. Location is the best in Las Vegas.

Wish we had known that the pools and tropical gardens area was going to be under complete re-construction during our stay. The pool/gardens was a significant reason we booked at this property, ADVICE: If these amenities are important to for your choice of this property, advise you to check the re-construction completion date, ALSO, the ONLY on-site food option is a Convenience Market with very LIMITED hours of operation (there is NO on-site restaurant!).

Nice hotel; great staff; clean room; comfy!

My wife and I stayed five nights in March 2025. We teleworked four days and the wifi worked well. Staff took care of everything we needed. Room was clean. Only minor complaint is that there wasn't enough lighting in the main area of the room.

Overall nice location and stay. The hot water was not working in the shower and it took them 2-3 hrs to fix so we had to hang out in our room Saturday morning so had a late start to our day unfortunately. They gave us a voucher to their grab and go food but since booked through Expedia, couldn’t give any money reimbursement.

We enjoyed our quick weekend away, literally perfect location, with no crowds, no loud noise/ no smell of cigars and smoke filled casinos yet you can walk right out to all the action. Rooms were clean, large, well stalked and sound proof, for the most part. Pool was open even off season- gym was pretty small but nice had equipment. Will definitely stay here again.
