Apartment was as advertised. Clean. Unfortunately the hot water tank was not working so we ended up having a day without hot water. The host did respond fairly quickly and fixed the problem but it was still inconvenient.

Good location to get to LV attractions. Clean apartment. No washcloths, no bathroom hand soap. No dishwasher or dishwashing soap, no kitchen towels. Outside front area could be power washed but was ok.

The place was very clean and not the far from the strip. But the owner is very inconsiderate. He wouldn’t give me the code to get into the property till we got thereWhen we arrived no communication from Vargas. Vrbo helped us out. Don’t rent from him.

Host was very easy to work with, property is nice and clean.

The rental is a good value and was very clean. The neighbors have a barking dog that woke us up at 5 am or earlier each day, not the hosts problem but still an issue.
