While checking out, I informed an employee that I would like to speak with a manager regarding issues with my room. He advised me that I would need to wait until the manager was available. I later returned that day and spoke directly with the manager. She informed me that the issues should have been addressed prior to checkout and stated that she could not assist me at that time. She then instructed me to email her regarding my concerns. I did send an email as requested; however, I never received a response. I found it unprofessional that my concerns were overlooked and that no follow-up was provided. I have stayed at this motel several times in the past without any issues, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Due to the lack of response and resolution, this will most likely be my last stay at this establishment. If there is someone who can contact me regarding this matter, it would be greatly appreciated. I will forward the original email to provide a timestamp showing when it was sent. Thank you for your time. Linford

We stayed at this hotel for four nights and unfortunately had a serious issue with billing. Before check-in, the hotel charged half of the total amount to my bank account. However, when we arrived, the front desk clerk insisted we still needed to pay for the full stay. I explained that a payment had already been taken by the hotel, and my bank statement clearly showed the charge came directly from them—not Expedia. The clerk said it would “self-adjust,” but it never did. After our stay, I contacted Expedia, and they confirmed they had not charged anything and that the extra charge came from the hotel. I emailed both the hotel manager and customer service to resolve the issue, but I never received any response. Because of the overcharge, lack of transparency, and poor customer service, I cannot recommend staying at this hotel. Be cautious, as you may experience the same billing problem and have difficulty getting assistance afterward.

The staff at this hotel are great, this review isn't a reflextion on them. The hotel is old and tired. The steak and shake has good burgers, but the rest of the menu is lacking options and the breakfast is cafeteria food. The beds and pillows are terrible, ac is at least 50 years old. Basic slot machines and tables, no shops or spa options. In a nutshell, everything you want in Vegas is not at this hotel, you will go elsewhere for everything, so you might as well stay at a hotel that has better beds and food options.

Motel is run down in need of upgrades. The mattress in our room was ruined, literally creased in the middle, slept in a v-shape. Then of course the hidden fees. On the upside, the staff was very friendly. I won’t stay here again.

The hotel had one of the worst staff support possible. They want to charge $20 dollars for an early check in even an hour before the check in time. At one point, I called all the numbers from the room phone for help, and not a single number picked up. Hotels.com reservations does not work well with the property, and they double charged me room fee

The best choice I think is mortal six if you just want to get rid of the hangover and sleep somewhere off, it’s not a good place for your whole trip unless you’re into kind of places like that

Front desk never answers the phone. Prices were up and down. No straight answers. Now im out all this money and dont even get to enjoy my birthday in vegas when ive never been there..

I've heard so many bad things about this hotel, and unfortunately, most of them are true. The hotel room was sad. Almost nothing in the room, only the bed, a small table to sit at to eat, the saddest tv on the "dresser" across from the bed. The lampshades were all broken. There was trash on the floor in the bathroom. I had to ask for housekeeping, which is ridiculous to begin with, but I had to request it twice because no on came the first time, which they might as else not came, as when they did, it was two days before I left anyways, so what was the point? The bed was okay to sleep on, but to everyone reading this with medium to long hair, bring a hair bonnect or take a shower in the morning and just lather your hair in conditioner, because the knots in your hair will be massive. Every single morning I had to spend at least ten minutes brushing my hair to get the tangles out, and it hurt so much. When you check out, you might as well kiss your deposit goodbye, as they're trying to charge me another $100, saying that I smoked in the room. I don't own cigarettes, never in my entire life have I ever owned cigarettes. I didn't buy any while there, didn't buy a vape, nothing. I think they do this, because they know most people won't check their bank accounts after leaving, and if the person does, the hotel can stall them long enough to make the person just give up. Ridiculous ways to get more money out of people after they're paying you over $700 to even stay here
