Housekeeping is a problem

Honestly…. Booked a 9 night stay, housekeeping didn’t come by ONE time to check on towels or toilet paper. Once I finally tracked down a housekeeper (cause they don’t answer their phone) they would act as if I’m inconveniencing them by asking for basic things I shouldn’t have to ask for like toilet paper and towels. Cleanliness was average. Wasn’t provided hand soap in bathroom so had to track that down my first day there as well..overall, housekeeping laziness or lack of staff. Prepare for that if you book a stay longer than 2 days.

Awful! Just awful.

Back when this was Hooters, it was an inexpensive, no frills but fun place to stay. No more. I guess times are tough now and they've decided to start overcharging people for a run down, miserable place in disrepair. They have stooped to charging guest for parking which is completely ridiculous and obnoxious. Avoid like the plague.

I loved the stay I probably won’t be staying at this property again. But I loved that I stayed at the top the view was amazing.The rooms were a little basic to me I had to upgrade my room for the microwave and fridge. There is a deposit of 300 plus the resort fees. Also we didn’t get to watch the game the tv didn’t work and when I called the front desk to tell them they didn’t answer. Tailgating area was full but slot machines are fun.

No hot water and the tub didn't drain in two of the four rooms I tried -- yes, I had to move three times, and the fourth room was "acceptable enough" to stay in. The sliding balcony doors in two of the rooms didn't lock. This was the worse experience I've had a hotel -- ever.
