Cold Showers.

To start with elevators were mostly down. The had someone running the one elevator that was working and to call it you had to slap on door and we were lucky if they came. The button to call was out of service. Then cold showers in the evening. Lucky it was hot early in the morning. Tried to call front desk or engineering with no answer by either. Needless to say yes it’s cheap for reason but TI would have been better.

Only half of the elevators were in service. Nightmare to catch one with a hotel full of guests all attending the same concert at Allegiant Stadium. Pool closes too early (6 pm?). Roach in bathroom. Sheets and linen were very clean, but the furniture was warn, bathroom funky and dated, grimy fingerprints everywhere. Pretty much screaming for a deep clean.

Dirty room. Room looked run down and in need of major makeover. Staff at desk were unhelpful. Paid for late check out only to be woken by maid at 10:30am trying to kick us out. Then 30 minutes later someone sets off the fire alrarm and everyone has to evacuate. Food at Steak N Shake restaurant was worst ever! Food was cold every time we ate there. Additional parking fees even though your a guest there.

As soon as you walk into hotel it smelled like sewer. The floor was dirty. The hallway getting to our room was very confusing. Our room was dingie, old ect. I will definitely not stay there again.

This was my second stay in three weeks. The room we were staying in had three elevators and only one worked. I mentioned in my review three weeks ago that I stayed between 6-9 months before and only one of the elevators worked. The worker on the elevator mentioned it takes 12 weeks to fix which I find very hard to believe. I loved staying at this hotel in the past because of its convenience and price but unfortunately, I will never stay there again. I actually had two reservations. I was able to switch one of them, but I was stuck with this visit this past Saturday night.

Only two of the five elevators were working. Ice machine was out of service. There were no amenities in the room, such as a refrigerator, microwave or coffee maker. The safe in the room was not working. The window shears were shredded. The carpet was less than clean. 1/2 hour before my checkout time an alarm went off and we had to exit the building via the stairwells, my room was on the ninth floor. I have a heart condition and this was very inconvenient. The OYO is a cheap place to stay, but you get what you pay for, which isn’t much. I will not stay at this place ever again.

Go somewhere else. Super 8 is better

Tried to call because our flight was delayed so our daughter could go to the and no one answers front desk line. Elevators are broken. Only one works and has to have an operator since the state took thier licence. They dont make up the room. Payed extra for thier best room and it never got made up. No one can get you coffee or clean towels even after calling 4 times to get them. Find somewhere else to stay.

Absolute Sh!t hole

This place is a Sh!t hole. Very dirty, staff was very cold ( except for bartender ) . They are just waiting for new ball park to be built next door and then sell the place. I would never recommend this place. The Motel 6 next door is 125% nicer.
