Shower handle wouldn't stay in place and would move, allowing shower to get too hot. Also would leak when turned off. Shower curtain rod was loose, and curtain would slide down and let water out on floor. Told desk clerk at checkout. He was rude and really didn't care. Didn't even write it down. Desk chair was very worn...wouldn't even be acceptable at a motel 6. Really wasn't worth the money!!! Will not stay again.

The tub was dirty, we found a big bug in the bathroom, and the AC machine was so loud sounded like a dirt bike taking off every time it turned on and wouldn’t stay on. Beds were comfy. Considering that it was right by the airport, we didn’t really hear the jets landing/taking off.

A/C didn’t work and between the person above us and the people across and next to us we got no sleep. Every foot step heard, constant slamming doors and laughing in the halls at 2 am. This place is by the airport so it’s not like it’s downtown by all the bars. Loud people are not the hotels fault but maybe they need a renovation and working conditioning.

This property was great and the staff was fantastic! We had easy access coming from the Hoover Dam and going to the Las Vegas Strip and The Nascar Speedway. The hot tub was a welcome relief and the pool was warm and large! Even though this airport sits across the street from the airport (excellent for plane spotting!), when you're in the rooms, you'd never know it because of how quiet it is. Breakfast was nice and we will definitely stay here again!

The staff were pleasant and the bed was comfortable but that is the best I can say. This property is in need of a lot of maintenance. The toilet in the room had the wrong length flapper so in order to flush it the lid had to be taken off. The drywall patch in the shower area was so bad it looked like a child did it - and didn’t finish. Many holes in the carpet some with very bad patches but most left. There was a sock left in the room from someone else when we arrived. The filter on the AC unit was off and we fixed it in place ourselves. The jacuzzi had 5 out of 10 jets not working, one broken and spewing water up in the air, there was a lot of gravel/dirt in the bottom. The second of 2 elevators broke on our last morning there. Breakfast was barely adequate and slow to be brought out. There is a lack of attention to the maintaining and running of this hotel. I would not recommend this property.

Convenient to the airport and Vegas Strip.

Room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was OK with several different choices. Staff was always helpful.

Poison jacuzzi water

I was looking forward to enjoy a clean jacuzzi, but instead I end up getting hurt by stepping on gravel that it’s coming off the ride and floor of the jacuzzi, all that loose material is bad for my health I end up taking a long hot shower to remove any contamination from all the junk in it. I informed the front desk Kyle re receptionist said he would inform the manager, I just can’t believe NoOne have done anything about since it look like it’s been like that for quite sometime.

The shuttle was so helpful to get to the airport for an early morning flight. The pool and hot tub were great and the beds were comfortable. The room has some ware and tare, but it was still very clean.
