We upgraded to a city view and were staring at an HVAC system and brick wall waist of money. All night long we heard the roller coaster outside our city view 😂. The walk from the elevator to our room was a hike of twist and turns. The most inconvenient setup of rooms. With all the elevators we had to wait forever . Not returning here.

I’m a diabetic and I needed refrigeration for my insulin. I Texted with somebody and they said they were gonna bring it up. We waited for an hour and a half. It never showed up so we went out and we got back. It was never there I had to Keep filling the ice bucket to keep my insulin Cold. Wouldn’t recommend your hotel.

Traveling with a family and young kids the options in the hotel were extremely pricey and limited but I guess it was to be expected. The hotel itself was very clean, staff was responsive when requested, and the services provided were excellent.
