This is a typical Las Vegas resort. Decent and spacious room (double queen) and bathroom. NY NY is situated "mid strip" with all other eye-catching hotels within walking distance (which still means 1hr plus !). Plenty of bars, entertainment and a food-court inside the property.

Mobile check-in with the self service kiosks was a breeze. The casino, shops and bars are pretty nice. It’s a fun atmosphere. Bummer how slots have taken over so much of the floor. No more dancers either. Our room was pretty run down. Broken things. No modern amenities. Upgrade for a renovated room if you’re picky about that type of stuff.

Overall it was a good stay, aside from the resort fee, no fridge or microwave in room. $25.00 a night forba fridge. This should be included, so should a microwave. Unbelievable that these items are not part of the rate, like wifi and gym use.

The staff was incredibly rude at check in. We rec’d email notifying me room was ready early for us. But since my wife had the email, and was parking the car for $20, the first lady with the iPad at the check in line was unwilling to help me as if I was lying about the email. She was incredibly rude and the second woman who I asked at a shift change helped me just fine. I should’ve gotten her name

The interior was captivating. The prices were extremely high for food and beverage. I was not impressed with signage for directions to various venues. My first day there I had to report an issue to the front desk twice. There was no coffee maker in the room, no mini fridge to put cold drinks and no microwave--This hotel needs to get with the present. Every hotel I have ever been to has these three amenities!!
