I spent way more time in line trying to figure out problem after problem after problem from this hell hole of a hotel than actually enjoying my trip. Every single thing was a problem and the absolute robot idiot staff were the coldest most horrible people with no empathy compassion or people skills. Keep AWAY!

Love the atmosphere. But our room was changed because we found used wet towels around the toilet. It was supposed to be addressed but after going to dinner and coming back several hours later, it was still the same. So they just ended up changing our room… ok. Then we couldn’t find floor 19. After asking 3 people who worked there, no one knew. So about 45 minutes later after lugging our baggage around for this switch, finally asked a guest and he directed us right to it. Go figure. Then we went to add another day the following morning and after packing and going to the front desk (our current room was unavailable) we waited for an hour just to be told to come back at 3pm (it was 1130 currently) because the systems were not working properly. We just ended up going home after this.

Nice place to stay for the weekend. Easy check in and out. Hotel rooms very clean and comfy bed. Only thing I was not happy about is the missing mini cooler. Parking onsite and access to the monorail was great!

The bathroom was not very clean when we checked in. The bathroom sink was dirty and there was stuff splattered all over the tub. I kid dropped a little food on the floor and when I cleaned it up with a towel, the towel was extremely dirty, which means the carpet is pretty dirty. Wish I would have never walked around barefoot. The hotel itself was a great experience. Very pretty and awesome.

OMG, we loved NYNY! The atmosphere was ALWAYS lively, fun and friendly, never stuffy and pompous like some of the other hotels we visited. PLUS, there were some great values for dining, including Nathan's hot dogs, which were $8.95 for a foot-long specialty dog made the way you want. They were amazing! The deli had a breakfast sandwich (choose from four different options) and coffee special for $9.99! At night, you have the dueling piano bar, Coyote Ugly, and live Irish music and dancing every night. We had our special meal at the Irish restaurant; it was great--don't miss the bread pudding! It is easy to grab an Uber or taxi, or you can take the monorail from MGM just next door by walkway, or the tram (free) from Excalibar across the other walkway. We never even got to the pool, but I would have liked to. This will be our go-to hotel in Vegas.
