I booked this stay in Mid May for the pools for my kids, however, the pool water was very cold. Yes, it was windy which did not help, but the pools should have been kept heated. There was one open and very small hot tub and it was full of people all the time. I decided to move to another hotel after 2 nights because my kids and I were not really enjoying the pools anymore. We moved to a luxury hotel down the strip where pools were kept at 80 degrees. The dining options in this hotel were exceptional.

Only complaint was the smell in the casino. The mix of fragrance they are pumping out plus cigarette smoke is nauseating. It’s the entire casino area and check in area.

The staff was great and I liked the pools but unless you purchased a cabana there was no where to sit or any shaded area. The room was not really clean, especially the bathroom, and the window had a whistling sound. Some tape had come off… There was no refrigerator or coffee maker for personal use. Check in was really slow, but check out thru the tv was really easy.

Not a fan of there being no fridge or microwave in room but a well-stocked refrigerated minibar that could not be used for storage.

The resort fee is not worth it and it’s really sad that they continue to rip off customers by charging it. The hotel stinks of cigarette smoke. It is difficult to find how to get where you need to go.

Excellent resort 10/10 highly recommended whenever we had a hiccup they made sure they overly compensated anytime. I’m in Vegas if that’s the only resort that I will stay here from now on.

Easy check in, what I requested was to have the sofa bed and didn’t happen so I had to call to get extra sheets and pillows and the lady was super nice and sent me right away those items plus ice super nice of her. Then we stayed for three days and never got cleaning service.
