My stay at Mandalay was great. I arrived a bit early and my room was already ready. Chris at the front desk was very kind and had a very smooth check in. Rooms are impeccable and comfortable. And, of course, location is unmatched. Also, the option of checking out from your room is quite convenient and fast. Would definitely stay here again.

Rated poor because of the in room convenience bar. Besides the ridiculous resort fees that Mandalay Bay charges my wife accidentally picked up the coffee cup and then realized it was a charge. Then to come and find out it was a cost of $16 for terrible coffee was added to our bill. Also the refrigerator could not be used to store anything in it other than what was in it unless I paid more for the use. May not seem like much of a deal to whoever came up with this charge but it left a really sour taste in our stay. Not good customer service in my opinion. Thanks

Check in with Maria was great! She found out my husband is a vet and hooked us up with all the info. Gave us waters and off we went to our beautiful room. Then, there were hairballs left in every corner of the restroom. Pretty gross, with bottle cleaner of chemicals left behind. Housekeeping came back and got the bottle and disinfected for us. I didn’t notice the second mound of hair to tell them about it. Oh well. People are nice. The lounge we got access to was cool, snacks and drinks to our hearts desire. Would stay again.

If you are pet friendly and charge 150 a night for pets there should be an enclosed indoor or outdoor easily accessible area for them to run around. The mini fridge should be able to be emptied and used for storage of food or medical items needed without an additional charge.

We upgraded our room and went up to it and it hadn't been cleaned. We then had to go back down to the lobby to get new keys for a new room. This took around 40 minutes out of the short time we had for the evening events. The girl who helped at checkout was very nice.

The property was nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. Visited the citizens restaurant and had a delicious dinner. Overall, Mandalay Bay gets a thumbs up from me.
