everything was good checking in and checking out super easy but the only thing is i didn’t know that they charge $100 hold fee a night when u stay at the hotel . but everything else was so good . i can’t say anything bad about the hotel and staff are very good job !

Hotel is very dated. When checking in there was a problem. I said they did not have a king bed which I reserved. Manager put me in a king at the W. The room was outdated and dirty.

Overall the hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly, however, it was impossible to get any assistance in your room. Out TV was not working and we tried calling front desk, concierge, and maintenance and no one picked up the phone. They kept me on hold for about 45 minutes until we decided to just go downstairs and address the issue. They ended up fixing it but we had to wait in line downstairs to get anything fixed. This was very disappointing.
