The lady in the front desk was really rude, the room smells a lot of cigarrete when we recibe it, the girl gives the room far away and she had more rooms available. The shower was broke and we just have very hot water, that part of the hotel was really unsafe they even part a yellow tape off not crossing and she let us there. I already been there and my experience was totally different.

First the AC was not good...hsd to buy a fan...the bathroom light and plug in socket blew...cockroach found in bathroom when packing up to leave...stains on my sheets...complained but no rooms available for days to switch...homeless ppl everywhere...uber and door dash didnt come there bc the address is messed up...only 3 channels worked on tv...no refunds of any kind was offered snd i was there for 6 nights....

This location is under renovation, the workers aren't doing the best job because the renovated rooms still need upgrades. Chipped toilets,caulking and either trash behind the dresser type is from the housekeeping not always in uniform or the workers not cleaning up. Breezeway stairs and walkways are unsafe and uneven and are a safety hazard
