Mark was an excellent host. He was very responsive throughout and helped us with all our needs. The apartment looks just like the pictures, and as other guests have said, there’s a fantastic view of the strip. The Signature Towers are a nice place to stay with hotel amenities, and the free valet parking was a great bonus. As others have mentioned, it is off the strip but very close and there is a route via walkways to the MGM grand as well as a relatively short walk to Planet Hollywood and other nearby places. We would definitely book this apartment again. Thanks Mark for the great stay!

Fantastic stay! Great location with easy access to Starbucks in the lobby, pools at the signature or a short walk along moving walkways inside to the MGM pool area with lazy river. Monorail is easy to access also. Room was clean ,quiet and spacious and super comfy bed. Loved the location being in a smoke free quieter building but really close to all the activity at the MGM. Clear easy communication with the owner. Loved our stay!

Property is conveniently located. Easy access to various shops, bars, restaurants, casinos. Pleasantly surpised at cleanliness. Staff was welcoming. Easy check-in and check-out. Did notice that Tower 1 pool was closed quite a bit but not sure why. Host was very responsive from booking through departure which was a total plus.

Our stay was marked by the US President’s launch of a trade war against Our country. His destructive approach to a peaceful and supportive ally is destroying a 100 year old friendship with Canada. We wish you the best but we will not be returning. In the future, we will visit our European and Asian friends.

First Visit to Vegas

This is a great little property that would be suitable for small family - no more than 3 or 4 (2 parents and 2 kids). The place was very clean, well kept, and a great view. We had a small problem with the TV, but the owner was very responsive and quickly addressed it. Its about a 10 minute walk to the Strip

Clean, comfortable no fuss housing for AWS re:Invent

Room with kitchenette was perfect for a week in Vegas for AWS re:Invent. The only downside is how far EVERYTHING is in Vegas from the Signature. That said, nothign a 30 min walk during the day, and 30 uber at night can't fix.

Perfect Location

Stayed for a long weekend with my hubby to watch a show. Location was perfect! Was easily able to walk to MGM Grand and take trams up and down the strip. It was super close to Live Dolby Theater which was awesome! This unit is located in an upscale “hotel like” building. Kitchen amenities are simple, the Starbucks downstairs is a perk. The unit is clean and the owner is easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!
