Ken was very responsive which made it easy if anything came up. The house was in a great location, about 8-10 min to strip, great little grocery store you can walk to for fresh bakery items every morning. House is very clean and set up quite well. We were able to go to Walmart for groceries just down the road. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. I would definitely book this place again.

Quiet and close to Vegas Strip

Ken was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had. Location was great! We were able to easily commute to the strip for the shows and shopping and then escape to the quiet neighborhood to get some rest. Loved using the pool and pool table.

We had a lovely time, would stay here again on my next vegas trip. Plenty of room for people to stay, short uber/taxi to the strip / fremont street, nice backyard for grilling and hanging out with a good view of the Vegas skyline. We stayed four days and had a great time. There was plenty of space for the family and we loved the pool. The house was stocked with everything we needed.
