Suits in this property are being maintained by a different service provider and they don’t provide regular hotel kind of features like daily or alternate day house clean and their AC really sucks, it never really gets cold, when complained , their maintenance engineer shows some meter close to AC exhaust that it is somehow working.

The room had not been cleaned in a while. We took off our shoes to relax and our feet were black in 20 min while unpacking. One of the beds was sunk in and sounded like the mattress was covered in plastic and very squeaky. There was also no full body mirror which is much needed in Vegas!

The room and location was amazing! The scenic view of the strip was breathtaking. Check in was pretty simple. Only thing was the lack of details in housekeeping services provided and what was included as complimentary. We weren't sure where to dump trash or if we should call someone to do so.

The pics made it seem like the apt was larger than it actually was. But the worst part was we didnt get tissue, trashbags, washcloths or towels from the staff. There were maybe 3, why just 3 for an apt suite that sleeps 8 is beyond me. 🙄 When we asked for more they always said they’d bring some (never did), then when we’d wait they’d say they couldn’t grab them.

My room had no toilet paper. When I first got there they gave me keys to a room and when we went in there was people occupying it already. They told me they switched my room and when I asked if it had the same about of beds nobody knew a thing, literally nobody who worked there knew

We stayed in the "One Bedroom Center Strip" room, and overall, it was a solid experience. The location was fantastic—right between the Cosmopolitan and the Bellagio—making it easy to walk to everything on the Strip. We also had direct access to the Cosmopolitan, which was a nice bonus, and parking in the Cosmopolitan garage was free. The room was clean and had all the basic necessities we needed for our stay. However, the name "StripViewSuites" is a bit misleading. Our room faced a solid wall, so there was no view of the Strip or Vegas lights, which was disappointing. If you're expecting a view, it's worth double-checking what you're getting. Check-in is strictly at the stated time unless you pay in advance for early check-in, so plan accordingly. That said, everything went smoothly, and the stay was comfortable overall. I would book this room again if it ended up being my most affordable option, but I’d likely look elsewhere first if having a view is important to you.

We took a guys trip to Vegas. 4 of us stayed in this suite and we weren’t disappointed. We have stayed many times at the Jockey Club, but always in their standard suites. This suite was head and shoulders above the standard rooms. We loved it and would really like to stay in the same unit again on our next trip!

We enjoyed the extra space in the room and the kitchen amenities. The view of the Bellagio fountain was great. The proximity to accessing The Cosmopolitan was very convenient. The sofa bed was bent and could not be fully pulled out which left the bed surface cocked at an odd angle so the room only comfortably sleeps 4.

It was a very small space enough beds but doesn’t look anything like the pictures that were posted. The view to the fountain wasn’t what was described in the post. Kitchen area was not designed for cooking a simple breakfast. ABSOLUTELY NO WIFI we had to pay for our wifi (which we decided not too) overall property is not what I will be booking in the future.

We liked that it was within walking distance of all that we wanted to see!! Comfortable, clean rooms & nice to have a full kitchen to use!!
