We had to clean room before we could stay. Dirty ,scratched furniture, hair on furniture. Refrigerator had broken shelves. My wife spent several hours cleaning. Couldn't sit on furniture so we bought plastic covers and lots of cleaning supplies. We have been coming to Las Vegas for 15 years and have never been so disappointed on our stay 😞

MGM Signature is one of favorite hotels to stay at in Vegas. I have stayed here plenty of times. I have booked with StripViewSuites at Signature before but this time they drop the ball. The main reason I like the MGM Signature is because of jetted hot tub. My jetted hot tub was broken and did not work. I had to called for maintenance to come and fix it. When me and my girlfriend wanted to used the hot tub at night we were so disappointed to find out it didn't work after filling the tub up with water. It was fixed but, we missed out on a night of jetted hot tub. They offer me a late checkout for the inconvenience , but that doesn't help when my flight is the early morning. They could have offer a credit for a future stay at the hotel instead. For future references someone should make sure that the jetted tubs are working properly in each room before placing guest in room that has unreliable equipment.

Great penthouse strip view.

Great room penthouse 32nd floor. Bathroom was great with a jetted tub which fit 2. The mattress felt old. It was bowed in the middle so two people meet in the middle while sleeping. The tv could be better i prefer the option to log into netflix. Hotel staff and location all amazing and we got the room for a steal. Overall great place.

The tv was not working. They did bring a new tv the next day. Rooms do not receive house keeping during your stay. A fee of 15.00 is required to receive clean towels. This building is connected to MGM. Which has great restaurants, and pools geared towards families with children.

Only one issue but still a great stay.

Except for one issue upon arrival at our stay at StripView at Signature would stay was great. We arrived and checked in at 3pm. When we arrived to our room it hadn't been cleaned yet from the last guest. We spent about and hour having to wait for the issue to be addressed and fixed. Other than that issue our stay was great. Beautiful room and view.
