We were told check in instructions would be sent at 3, got to the house at 4:30 with no word whatsoever. We tried to contact the owner both through the app and calling and didn’t receive any answers. Finally had to call customer service to be let into the house. Check out instructions didn’t come until the night before at like 10:00 pm. The house itself was great but the owner wasn’t communicative or responsive.

instructions were supposed to be sent at 3; finally called at 4:15 to get them. There were no checkout instructions. There were only maybe 10 hangars, which is crazy for a 5 bedroom house. Location was good and local and had lots of seasonings for cooking. Although house had a garage, there was no real access since no openers were provided, unless of course you opened/closed from inside the house.
