They turned the water off until 5 am one night, and then woke up to loud bang noises that last well into the late afternoon. Very disappointing.

It was my 80th birthday….the person who checked us in repeated a few times that she got us a room with an excellent view. We had tried for an upgrade…no availability. That was not the case! Poor view. Also have to comment on very poor lighting in our suite. Housekeeping was an excellent. Pullout couch was awful. We stayed at Palazzo and Venetian …not sure we’d return to Venetian.
