Honestly the building was beautiful and the customer service was great, but the toilet overflowed about 15 seconds into our arrival and flooded the floor, our luggage wasn’t brought up until like 1030pm, but other than that it was cool.

The room was a very nice suite with sunken living room. The resort added a resort fee which was unexpected. There are several nice restaurants at the hotel. I’m on a cane and this place required a lot of walking. The casino is okay but permits smoking and requires large minimum bets. Most of the black jack requires $50 to play. The staff is very nice and our check-in was smooth and the lady was super helpful.

We came to Vegas to see Wizard of Oz and The Venetian Resort was great choice. It is wonderful, elegant and comfortable. So much to do - everything I wanted was right there! We didn't have much contact with stuff so there is nothing to say. The hallway to our room was very smelly - I guess they had some kind of water trouble and used fans/dehumidifiers. I definitely would recommend this place :-)
