See stars, some of the staff were really rude.. and some were really helpful and kind of appropriate and everything in between... Unfortunately because we are human, we tend to remember the bad experiences that didn't really need to happen... With a little training from the management on people skills and customer service approaches this could be completely avoided by the hotel but obviously they don't have those training and learning systems in place

We went here for the day before and the day of our wedding . We didn’t get married here, because it was out of our price range. But we let the front desk know and we were about to get an upgrade. But the upgrade was to 2 lounges with a breakfast buffet and at night unlimited drinks.
