The Venetian is an iconic property and we’re glad to have stayed there, but it’s easily one of the most crowded spots on the Strip — and the constant cloud of cigarette smoke doesn’t help. Overall, it felt good, not great, compared to some of the other hotels.

This was the best vacation I ever had. Excellent service from the second I pulled in to the valet, check in was fast. A few unknown fees here and there, but nothing too crazy. Michelle in the prestige lounge was amazing and gave excellent service. As well as all your other staff, very impressed will return!!

Upon arrival, one of the pillowcases was filthy with I don't know what. 2nd day housekeeping was so poor we had to request a complete reclean of our room. Coffee makers in the rooms should be a standard since you have to walk a good distance to get to any place that sells coffee. The room is spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. Definitely on the fence if I would stay here again.
