Nice Place for Family Vaca

The rooms were spacious, very clean, nice big jacuzzi size tub (no jets in tub)! Nice & clean appliances, gym, barbque & swimming areas! However the long beds could’ve been more comfortable! The sofabed mattress not at all! The mattress were super thin! When lying in them your head is too low! Had to sleep with head at foot of sofabed! Easy access to get to the South Point Casino with many of things to do like bowling, movie theater, horse arena & a variety of restaurants, etc! Overall a good experience! I would recommend & visit here again!

I liked the way the rooms were set up for 2 bdrm suites. I did not like the fact that the elevator was not working and we were of informed of the situation. Also the fact that when my son pulled out the sofa bed there were empty bottles of sunny delight under there. My daughter had a clogged toilet and although there was a housekeeping person there she would not let us use the plunger to fix it. I did speak to someone at the front desk when I checked out on the 20th of July and was told that the GM would be calling me and I am still waiting for a call back although I have been calling since I got home. I have spoken to pretty much everyone at the front as well as people from Vacation Village and now Vacatia who have acquired the property and was just told let me give you the number to call them although I had explained that I have been calling for 2 weeks. Not very good customer service.I have spoken to the concierge dept, Joanna, waited for a phone call from Timothy or Kevin. Spoke with Ravi when I checked out and all told me that Rocio would be reaching out to me, and still have not gotten a call back. Completely unacceptable.

Wonderful stay, beautiful resort and friendly staff. A little miscommunication during check-in regarding resort tours that should have been explained better by staff. Overall, we loved it and plan on staying again next time we're in Vegas!!

I liked the open parking and easy access to stores in the area. There were three elevators in building six and one was out the two weeks we were there. Then another one broke and was down for a few days. Staff was not helpful until I finally got to speak to a manager. There was nothing they could do. It was ridiculous. They did extend our checkout a few hours which helped since our flights were later in the day.
