Bedrooms have full closets, dressers, nightstands and air purifiers within to ensure your quality of sleep. The front bedroom also has a smart tv. The full kitchen is yours for the using, whether it is a simple meal, or fancy feast. Equipped with pots, pans, plates, cups, wine glasses, stovetop, oven, microwave, rice cooker, air fryer, toaster, full fridge/freezer and many more items. Laundry is available in the house with a washer and dryer located just off the living room. The backyard has space for eating, BBQing, relaxing, and even a fire pit. Huge trees provide wonderful shade while enjoying the outdoors in private. This house is 5 minutes from downtown, 2 minutes from the freeway, and central to Las Vegas.
