Charming Brittany home

Our newly renovated home is a typical 70's Brittany garden house: it has 3 double bedrooms, a living room, a separate kitchen fully equipped with new appliances (induction stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge etc.), a bathroom with a separated toilet, a spacious front and back garden with outdoor seating and BBQ, a log fireplace, electric air conditioning fans, and traditional shutters adorning each window.

The house also includes plenty of facilities for an infant or child including a high chair and a toddlers' bed.

The front and back gardens around the house with many fruit trees. It is located in a very quiet environment and the rear terrace is south facing so always warm and includes an electric parasol.

Free parking on premises for two cars.

This is a home we use besides occasionally renting it out, so it is very well equipped with practical items to cook, relax and play games!

Le Hezo is located right by the Gulf of the Morbihan where you can find many water activities and schools within 10 to 20 minutes’ drive (kayak, sailing, kite surf, paddle etc).

The biggest town nearby - Vannes - is a jewel of middle aged architecture and only 15 minutes away by car. You can find many crepe and galette restaurants there, and all the shops you can think of and many bars.

Maison simple mais fonctionnelle et bien équipée

Séjour agréable dans une maison avec décoration assez épuré. mise à disposition de tout le matériel nécessaire y compris le linge de maison. Le jardin est très pratique quand on vient avec des chiens Petit bémol, la salle de bain aurait besoin d’un bon Relooking Dans l’ensemble très bon, rapport qualité prix

Très beau séjour au Hézo

Maison dans un quartier très calme, le terrain est parfaitement clôturé et parsemé d'arbres fruitiers. La maison est très bien agencé, nous avons particulièrement apprécié les instructions ainsi que les idées de visite.

Très contents

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement super bien équipé. La seule chose qui nous a paru inadapté, c'était le canapé. Il était un peu petit et dur. Nous n'étions que deux mais si nous étions venus à 6 adultes, certains auraient dû s'assoir sur des chaises "normales". Ceci mis à part, le logement est très bien. Nous sommes très contents de ce séjour.

Très bon séjour

La maison est très bien située pour pouvoir faire un maximum de visites en limitant les temps de trajet. Très fonctionnelle, tout y est : draps,serviettes, torchons,sèche cheveux, congélateur, produits ménagers,lave vaisselle, lave linge, TV, même un ventilateur au plafond du salon qui nous a été salutaire pendant la canicule ! Merci

Petit séjour malheureusement trop court. Hébergement propre, bien équipé, agréable petit jardinet bien aménagé pour prendre ses repas s'il fait beau. Convient très bien pour un séjour en famille.

Excellent séjour

La maison est accueillante, bien équipée et très calme. La literie est très confortable. Le plus : le poêle à bois qui réchauffe la maison lorsque la température extérieure commence à baisser et apporte une ambiance cocooning. Les relations avec la propriétaire sont excellentes. Je recommande vivement cette location pour passer un très bon séjour et découvrir le Golfe du Morbihan

Un joli coin de Bretagne par beau temps.

Petite maison agréable et confortable, accueil sympathique avec beaucoup de suggestions pour la découverte des environs et une foule de documentations utiles. Suggestion: il faudrait indiquer sur l'annonce que la maison se situe dans l'impasse des pruniers juste après le 19 rue Ker Vrénéguy.
