Lovely, well-located Hotel

Lovely hotel, recently refurbished and handy for shops, restaurants, bars and the cathedral and old town. Parking was available for a reasonable fee and staff were flexible and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was also very good. Would certainly stay here again when in Le Mans.

Quiet room though central and close to good food.

We had a room above the art place and thought that everyone opposite can see right in, but that whole side had reflective glass, so that was perfect, plus the room was so quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. What we loved the most was the central location (so an easy walk into town and over to the old city) but the courtyard next door had a wonderful buzz and filled with a selection of amazing food!

Brilliant hotel in the centre of Le Mans. Great access to restaurants and the old town. Staff were brilliant, couldn’t do enough. Will stay here again.

Great eating options just outside. Overall a fabulous location with wonderful staff. We were on the 4th floor so needed to go up a curved staircase which was difficult to carry heavy bags (we are on a 51 day tour!). Staff helped us on arrival but we were on our own for departure. If you stay on the 3rd floor or lower, it is elevator accessible.

Very nice hotel centrally located near the centre square of Le Mans. The room was a good size and very clean and comfortable. Outdoor secure parking was great but you do need to book as there are only limited spaces.

This hotel was our last stop enroute home to the UK from The Algarve. The hotel is clean and the room was comfortable but there are no dining options other than an Ubereats style app for food delivery. As it was Easter Sunday everywhere was closed so we struggled to find a delivery option. The surrounding are is full of bars and restaurants so I’m sure on any other day this would have been a bustling city with plenty of restaurant and bar options nearby.

Communication could be better!

Room 109 was dark, smaller than photos lead you to believe, bed was comfy. No hand washing basin in toilet which meant you had to leave toilet and walk to shower room. The bed is positioned directly in full view of the corridor when the door is opened not screened at all. Fire alarm went off and we left the building as expected. Not one staff member engaged with us about it, we had to ask if it was a false alarm. On arrival I asked if there was a restaurant, told No. However the stay included breakfast for our 2 night stay. We were never informed of this so missed out on Breakfast both days. Good location and secure car park mane it a good spot. Should have been told about breakfast though.
