Stay in the heart of the Marais Breton Vendéen countryside and enjoy a variety of visits, such as the artisan village of Sallertaine (7.3 km) or the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Monts (10 km). To experience island life on a day trip, visit the Île d'Yeu (ferry terminal 16 km away) or Noirmoutier, via the famous Passage du Gois (22 km). This single-story house offers a living/dining/kitchen area with reversible air conditioning, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a shower and sink, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Outside, you'll find a private, unfenced garden with a picnic table, barbecue, chairs, and a ping-pong table. The property is bordered by ditches and fields where you can observe cattle grazing for part of the year. A dedicated parking space is available at the entrance.
