The bright living room includes a sofa bed (130x190). A fully equipped independent kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc.) and a bathroom with toilet complete this functional accommodation. You can also enjoy a pleasant veranda and a large 40 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for relaxing moments outdoors.
The apartment is completely independent from the accommodation located on the ground floor of the villa, ensuring privacy and tranquility. Two private parking spaces are also available. The amenities include internet access (Wi-Fi), a washing machine, a television and electric heating. All beds are equipped with mattress protectors, duvets and pillows for optimal comfort.
