Overrated & over priced! In thirty years as world travelers, I can confidently state that we have had far better accommodations for less cost. Our dog didn’t enjoy his sleepless stay either. 1. Price promised did not include their sneaky pet fees and base price changed to force us to pay more. 2. The room shown is not the room we got. A “deluxe” and “standard” are the same. We got the sub standard. 3. Bed is an uncomfortable loud air mattress! 4. Walls are paper thin. We can hear every conversation, furniture moving, cars in lot, and doors opening and shutting all day/night. Noisy! 5. Quiet hours at 10pm? Ha! 10pm - 3am seems to be the time frame that the party starts here. Forget sleeping! The emergency number didn’t answer, no one is on property. 6. Towels are equivalent to sandpaper, small and non absorbent and they only put two in room, one for each leg? And one roll of cheap TP..if you must give us crap, at least give us enough to clean it up. 7. Parking lot is icy mess. Not enough stalls for guests. No de icer or salt. Only walk pathway was clear. 8. Late checkout? No courtesies here! $25 per 30 mins. 9. Pillows? Not sure what these are. The bedding isn’t much better and I can smell and feel the cheap, powder laundry soap. 10.. Sit? Bed or floor unless you go outside. Not the dog, the humans. 11.. Advertised blackout shades are transparently designed to let light in. Hmm, you should get a refund. So should we. 12. Fridge smelled sour. Yuck!

This Inn has a very warm ambiance, both in the common areas and the room we stayed (room 201). Sauna and Jacuzzi are available in the winter, as well as a pool in the summer. The free breakfast is decent.

Really enjoyed our stay here, room was very clean and the staff were friendly. When we realized we forgot our dogs food bowls, the staff quickly offered some extra ones they had. I do wish that breakfast would have offered more single proteins. The first morning we were there, it was eggs and biscuits and gravy and the sausage in the gravy was the only meat. The second morning was to make your own breakfast burrito and the ground up meat was the only meat option. No bacon or sausage links or paties... for people who don't want the extra carbs in the biscuit or tortilla wrap, the protein options weren't very good. Also, on Saturday night after we got back from having dinner, we were getting ready to go get in the hot tub and we happened to look out at the pool and notice that the staff was already closing up and shutting everything down. I was sure I was told that the pool was open until 10:00 or 10:30 and it was only 9:30. We were very disappointed that we were not able to use the hot tub while we were there.
