Enchantments View Guest House

Our property is 1.83 acres and shares a barn, horse pasture, owners house and separate 3 car garage with 1200 square foot apartment above. Both houses were designed to provide as much privacy as possible for guest and owners, while still enjoying the beautiful mountain views! Enter on the ground level to a custom steel and wood stairs. Once upstairs enjoy the beautiful view of the Enchantments Mountains down the valley towards Leavenworth or the local rocks and forest scenery. The main living room is open concept with kitchen and the dining room table all with the same views. The living room features a 65" smart tv with Youtube TV included. The master bedroom with a queen bed, smart tv and beautiful custom tiled shower that looks down the valley and has a double vanity. The second bedroom also has its own smart tv, Queen bed and floor twin mattress stored in the closet. A second full bath with tub/shower and a full washer and dryer.
The upstairs has a nice outside covered patio to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails!
Hot tub, picnic table and bbq round up the outside amenity's downstairs directly outside the STR. We also are one of the few Leavenworth properties who are DOG and HORSE friendly. Our dog and horse fee is $50 per dog or horse per visit.
